Much care has been taken during the recent remodel to provide a quality eye-pleasing and comfortable experience for guests. We have worked hard to make this a fun, clean and relaxing place with many extras. The open concept floor plan, conversation nook seating and dual flat screen TVs along with designer chef kitchen, water and mountain views, and fun pool table enhance fun and enjoyment! This fully remodeled house boasts 4 bedrooms with comfortable and roomy sleeping for 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 13 ONLY per South Lake Tahoe Permit Maximum Guest Rules. Responsible non-smoking/non-vaping guests only, this is not a party house. Guests will be asked to vacate if regulations are not followed. Neighborhood quiet hours 9 PM to 7AM. No boat or trailer parking at any time 3 car maximum and no street parking per association rules. Our amazing Tahoe Keys Homeowners Association amenities & facilities are available to our respectful guests for an additional fee. Interested guests may ask us during their stay for additional information and instructions. Guests agree to abide by the rules and regulations as expressed by the association.
*The Pavilion is the center of activity of the TKPOA and serves as the community clubhouse and admin office.
*Outdoor Pool - Situated adjacent to the Pavilion, the outdoor pool has adjoining patios with lounge chairs and picnic tables.
*Private Beaches - There are two private beaches, one is located in front of the Pavilion, the other is accessed through a gate of Venice Drive.
*Indoor Pool - A fully enclosed 25m swimming pool, two outdoor spas & changing rooms/showers.
*Basketball Court - A regulation sized basketball court located off Ala Wai Blvd. Open from sunrise to sunset.
*Beach Volleyball - Real sand and a view of Lake Tahoe make playing volleyball on the TKPOA court such a fun-filled experience. Open from sunrise to sunset.
*Pickleball Courts - There are four PickleBall courts situated on the lakefront by the Pavilion. Open from sunrise to sunset.
*Tennis Courts - There are seven professional-grade, lighted tennis courts. Open from 6 am to 10 pm.
*Playground - A totally enclosed area with swings, slide, and other playground items plus a sandy area for play.
*Pavilion Pier - Extending out over the Lake, it’s a perfect place for relaxing, watching sunsets and taking photos.
* Our Backyard Boat Dock - Waterfront living provides direct boating access for our guests to and endless, breath-taking views of, Lake Tahoe and its natural beauty. Please note, there is no trailer storage at the property, and no boats at the property. Boats are to be taken directly to the Marina for launching and trailers stored there.
*Channels - Providing boating and watercraft access to Lake Tahoe via the East and West channels. Guests must contact the Marina for additional information and fees.

We have a NO SHOE Policy to protect our beautiful hard wood floors. No sports equipment in house at any time! Quiet time is after 9 PM. No more than 3 guest vehicles at any time. No Street parking at any time. Check-in time is 4 PM and Checkout time is 11 AM. Any holdover may incur additional fees. Absolutely NO Smoking/Vaping, No pets/animals. No parties, please! No additional occupants/visitors in home at any time, please. Note: amenities such as internet, pool table, television and the like are provided for your enjoyment and are not guaranteed.
