Here's how it works:
OWNERS STILL GET PRIORITY
-Owners can continue to reserve beach chairs in advance by contacting the HOA office.
RENTERS CAN USE CHAIRS TOO- But Only if Not Reserved by Owners
-Renters can ask the office on the same day they want to use the chairs.
-If no owner has already reserved them, chairs will be given to renters in the order they ask.
FOR SUNDAY (when the office is closed):
-Renters must check with the office on Saturday.
-If the chairs aren’t already reserved by an owner by the end of Saturday, renters can reserve them for Sunday.

Our stay at this condo was truly a dream. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking—calm, endless, and mesmerizing. Every morning felt like a fresh start, sipping coffee on the balcony as the sunlight danced on the water.The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, with every detail curated as if by a professional interior designer. It felt like walking into a magazine spread, but with all the warmth and comfort of home. We had everything we needed and more—it was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked.We swam in the ocean and the rooftop infinity pool daily, and both felt like luxurious escapes. The Xalli Club Restaurant quickly became a favorite spot—delicious food, stunning views, and impeccable service that made every meal feel special.Everyone at the complex—from staff to neighbors—was genuinely kind and helpful, which added a warm, welcoming energy to the whole stay.The management team was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, offering great suggestions that made our experience smooth and stress-free. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive from Puerto Vallarta’s best dining and attractions.This wasn’t just a vacation—it was a stay that left us feeling restored and grateful. We’re already dreaming of returning.
