Kokomo is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with the cutest beach decor around! Enjoy a huge, open living room and kitchen area- perfect for dancing to all of your favorite Beach Boys hits. Enjoy the cool Southern breeze while chilling on the covered deck. Kokomo is located in the wonderful Heritage Shores Subdivision, that has 2 great swimming pools, tennis courts and extremely easy beach access.

Great trip

Location was great. Suggest noting that it’s a coffee pot/coffee maker and not k-cup style coffee maker. Sheets and towels were fine. Property was generally very clean but a detailed cleaning of things like drawers and under furniture, etc would be good. We loved the couch but location and size of TV could be better. We love the community and ran into friendly neighbors and other renters. Process with rental company was easy. Rooms and beds were good but closet in one room is inaccessible because of two beds in the room and one is in front of the door. Hot water and water pressure were good. Was a great set up for a family vacation. Recommend this home.

GREAT location, but…

The Location was perfect. However, there were dust bunnies under the furniture and on the floor. Additionally coffee maker and toaster need to be replaced.
