I came with my husband and 4 children and parents ranges from infant- 7 years of age. The pool was bitter cold. I reached out to the hosts she tried to fix it checked the next day still bitter few days went by and today the day we left was a great pool temperature but unfortunately my kids didn’t get to enjoy that because we had to leave. We drove 17 hours packed a bunch of food with little children had a big cooler and that got thrown away “accidentally” and was not replaced. As we had to throw hundreds of dollars of food away because it would have gone bad without being kept cool. I messaged the host countless times about the air as well, she said she would have it fixed few days gone by and still felt extremely hot inside the house we could not get the thermostat to go down. Last night at 2am everything got shut off nothing was working and it wasn’t 10am or near checkout. House was cute in all hosts tried to help. But ultimately unhappy with the stay and everything it entailed. Right when we got there I messaged the host saying the dishes were dirty left dirty floors weren’t clean my daughter crawled on the ground for 2 minutes and her feet were dirty. Cute house hosts tried to help. I spent a lot of money and felt like it was not worth at all what I paid.
