Recently installed fiber optic Internet for faster, more reliable connections. 50" Smart TV for your Netflix.
Relax at the pool or walk the beach. Cook in or eat out - supermarket and many good restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

We love the quiet, community atmosphere to get away from all the hustle and bustle and enjoy a quieter Mexican life style with the opportunity to occasionally enjoy the activities of a simpler tourist town, to swim, golf, fish and eat out.
Why they chose this property
Quiet times on the beach watching the fish jump, the whales swimming by or watching the surf roll in. Life at 'Viva' is GOOD A family atmosphere where small groups of owners and guests often join together for social time. No need for a car. A few steps to local transportation into San Jose, or Cabo. San Jose is certainly improving activities every year with .many new restaurants of a variety of cuisines.
Swim with the dolphins across the street or go to the Art Walk on Thursday nights, highlighting local and international. artists. Hire a local fisherman for the day or go the nearby beaches for snorkeling with the tropical fish. Take an excursion for desert activities - horse riding, zip lining, 4 wheeling. And of course world class golf!
