This location was FANTASTIC! I really didn’t realize when I booked how close it was to the CalTrain to go to San Francisco which made our weekends SO easy! It also had the cutest shopping area on the other side of the train that met all our needs. The room apartment was spacious and clean, and even had a tub which I didn’t realize was so rare in California lol! And even though there was an accident with a pipe in the laundry room, the host made sure it was clean and accessible! It was a truly great first stay in California

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I was involved in a car accident and had to have major surgery. We tried messaging the property to cancel. They waited to reply past the deadline for a refund. So even though we did the right steps, they refused to refund.
