Great apartment, but...

Great room; brand new apartment. Having said that, I was asked to make a deposit on arrival, which I didn't know about, and upon entering my room found a window latch broken, so then had to discuss with the receptionist, who said it was happening a lot and I took him to my room to show him and insisted he noted the issue as I didn't want issues later. On checkout they don't check the room. This didn't make me happy, and I wouldn't stay again.

London Quarantine for 2 Wks Easier Thx to Nox Hote

This Hotel is just awesome in terms of FULL FUNCTIONALITY. Everything you need in one neat sensible package. The concept is great and the location perfect. The RainShower is the icing on the cake - You can hardly wait for the next shower. The staff are not overly friendly though but they are curt, polite and professional. Andrea was very considerate all the time. Unfortunately the 2nd floor rooms that face the road have a blocked view because of the roof gutter so next time I will ask for a 1st floor room. The bed is not very comfortable so I would like to see them improve on this. The TV selection is not out of this world but it suffices. Also, the Air-conditioning filter in my room kept blowing dust all over the room. I complained and was told the Technician would come in but later they had the housekeeping staff do it and it still persisted.... You just get this fine dust particles all over the table, computer, phones all the time. Apart from this, this was a great stay and great value for money for which I will definitely hope to stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, good location.

Great stay all round. Very clean and modern room, quiet (apart from some noisy hotel guests) and friendly staff who are happy to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My only issue was that finding the hotel was quite difficult, as the sign on the front is an old one with a different hotel name...however, staff were aware of this and it is something that will get changed soon.

Golders Green

Very nice room with modern facilities. Just a little hard to find as not obvious where it is. Looked for Nox Hotel but they have chaged the name and it is a small entrance.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Als London Erfahrene haben wir schon einiges an Unterkünften erlebt (nicht zwingend positiv!). Das MStay Golders Green hebt sich erfreulicherweise von vielen anderen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten ab. Die Raumgröße ist zwar nicht opulent, die absolut pfiffige Gestaltung macht diesen Umstand aber mehr als wett. Unser Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet, in einem nahezu tadellosen Zustand, die Sanitärinstallation spitze. Es gab einen täglichen Handtuch- und Reinigungsservice. Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit! Hierher kommen wir gern zurück!

The property is clean, very comfortable W modern decor,great bed and bath..It’s in a neighborhood with no other good hotelS so it really stands out in best way possible. I recommend it. HOWEVER I checked in mid afternoon, the young woman at the desk was not friendly or helpful. I asked for a quiet room at back of hotel away from main road. She said nothing gave me the key to a room at front of hotel on the main road. I did not realise it until next day.. I was not demanding but would have liked aresponse about the room.. eye contact .. even a smile Would have been appropriate .. I stayed 3 nights

Amazing place, it has all you need. very central, loads of kosher restaurant around. 8 minute walk to Golders Green Tube station. The room is not very big, but other than that highly recommended.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. The room was a small triangle with condemned windows and curtains which couldn’t move. So a kind of war bunker basically. Not comfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows made it hard to sleep. This, for 85 pounds a night in golders green...

La chambre avec lits jumeaux était propre, le ménage est fait chaque jour, literie confortable, capsules nespresso et sachets de thé, personnel ne parlant pas français mais très sympathique.Le matériel de cuisine est assez restreint, mais ce n'est pas génant pour un court séjour. Il manque un petit égouttoir et une casserole, penser à amener un torchon. En résumé, hôtel très agréable (7/10 minutes à pied bus et métro) et nous y retournerons avec plaisir l'année prochaine. Pas de chines TV françaises, mais on est là pour parler et entendre de l'anglais, donc ce n'est pas du tout important

Great little place on Golders Green Road. Sleek and modern interior, great shower, comfortable bed, small kitchenette in room. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants. If you have business in North London, this place is perfect.

A night out with the kids.... nice hotel...

The only bad thing about this hotel is that they have light switches on the sidetable next to each bed... when the young ones found out they were dancing on the beds until midnight as they were switching on and off the lights refusing to sleep... ok that made of a memorable night... and an early wake up call at 6am with lights flying on and off. (Parents: make sure you request cot beds for the young ones) On the other side, nice neighbourhood to stay for one night, lots to eat around there. The hotel was very good and looked posh.
