While this home is ideal for relaxing and making memories, it is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood. We kindly ask that there are no parties or events held at the property. Outdoor noise should be kept at a respectful level, and quiet hours are expected to be observed. Fines may be issued for any noise complaints.

• Separate Suite: There is a completely separate coach house occupied by the owner. They do not have access to the home and vise-versa. They will say hi otherwise keep to themselves.
• Crib Disclaimer (If crib is available at the property): Guests using a pack ’n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean and comfortable environment, we do not endorse any specific model and cannot guarantee their safety. Guests should review instructions carefully and take precautions to ensure their own safety. By using the crib, guests accept responsibility for any risks associated with its use.

- The coach house on the right side of the home is occupied by the owner. They are in a completely separate building and do not have access to the main house.
- No unauthorized late check outs, please let us know if running late as a late check out fee of $50 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance.
POOL RULES
1. Use at Your Own Risk
The pool is for registered guests only. Use is at your own risk. The property owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses resulting from pool use.
2. No Lifeguard on Duty
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.
3. No Diving, Jumping, or Rough Play
Diving, jumping, running, and roughhousing in or around the pool are strictly prohibited.
4. Health Precautions
Anyone with health concerns such as heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical issues should consult a doctor before using the pool.
5. Alcohol and Drug Use
Use of the pool while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Intoxication increases the risk of injury or drowning.
6. No Glassware or Smoking
Only plastic or non-breakable containers are allowed in the pool area. Smoking is not permitted near the pool.
7. Shower Before Use
Please rinse off before entering the pool to help maintain cleanliness and water quality.
8. No Solo Swimming
Do not use the pool alone. Always swim with at least one other person present for safety.
9. Keep Noise to a Minimum
Respect neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
10. Report Issues Immediately
Notify us right away if you notice any safety or maintenance concerns. Do not use the pool until issues are resolved.
11. Secure the Area After Use
Please close and lock the pool gate after use to maintain safety and cleanliness.
