Thank you very much Harli! It was a pleasure to host you and your family. I’m glad you chose to stay with us and hope you made some great memories during your time in the Smokies!
This was the perfect spot to be between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Literally 15-20 minutes to each place. Great communication from the host, no issues whatsoever. The home was clean, well equipped and checked all the boxes for us. We play to stay here again the next time we're in town!

Thank you Lyle! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, and we would be happy to host you again!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is just as described. It’s a newer construction and everything inside is new. My wife and I are very picky on the cleanliness of places we stay, and I will say it was very clean. They provided enough linens, toilet paper, paper towels and soaps to get us through the week. The host is amazing at getting back to you as well if you have any questions. If I can think of any negatives, the only one would be that the latches of the hot tub was broke and your unable to secure the cover. For most this isn’t an issue but for us, we have a 4 year old who is fascinated with water and hot tubs and the bed where he sleeps in is beside the sliding glass door that goes out to the hot tub area. Our concern is when we were sleeping he would try to go out at night and try to get in. Luckily it wasn’t an issue. I can’t say enough good things about the host and property though. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.
Everything was excellent only at the end that one of the girls arrived, I don't know if it was cleaning or the owner herself and she started yelling at us when we were already putting our things in the car because it was 10:03 am, I'm pregnant and I had an accident, that was the reason why we were THREE MINUTES late at the departure timeI think that as a coordinator, manager or whatever, she should have a little more empathy and she didn't have to yell at us at any time when she could just talk calmly and let us know that it was past 10 am

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall.
Our priority is providing a positive experience for all guests, and we reviewed the driveway Ring camera from that morning. Our cleaner arrived at the 10:00 a.m. checkout time and, from her parked car across the street, politely asked about your departure and reminded you of the checkout time. This reminder was necessary to allow adequate time for cleaning before the next guest. No yelling or inappropriate behavior was observed in the footage.
We regret if the reminder felt uncomfortable and appreciate you sharing your experience.
