Keeping it simple at this peaceful, centrally located place. 5 min access to downtown Monroe, all of the wedding venues, and 20 minutes from the UGA Stadium Events. Very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend getaway or travel stay. The house accommodates up to 4 guests, which includes a full-size bed, twin, and futon. You can ask about Lockout, which provides an additional room for more guests if needed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you have more than 5 guest you will have a fee for the additional guests
Please put all dishes and supplies back where you found them. Make sure dishes are washed and stored in the cabinets etc.
Place all used towels, washcloths, hand towels, pillowcases, sheets, and kitchen towels in the laundry basket and inside the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
