Tri-level townhome in Fraser, private outdoor hot tub, mt views
Stay in this lovely tri-level townhome in a quiet local Fraser neighborhood. Spacious, private outdoor hot tub and plenty of bedding in the 2 bedrooms.
This townhome has been recently renovated with new carpeting, furnishings and interior designs. The ground floor entry has access to 1 car garage with storage spots for outdoor gear and inside the laundry room and interior spot for removal of your coats, shoes and any items that aren’t stored in the garage area.
The main level of the townhome has hardwood flooring throughout and provides a wonderful area to enjoy the private deck accessible from the living room to enjoy the mountain views, BBQ spot and outdoor dining. The living room offers a bunch of cozy furnishings that surround the lovely gas fireplace, flat screen TV and encompasses the remainder of the open floor plan with dining and kitchen areas.
The dining spot has spots for up to six guests at the main table and additional seating at the breakfast bar for up to four. The dining room is a few steps from the modern kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and appliances for anyone wanting to enjoy cooking meals for your group on vacation.
This level also has a bedroom which is very spacious and has bedding for up to five persons with a twin bunk bed and Captain’s Bunk - wonderful spot for children of all ages to have their own private spot. A full bathroom is accessible to this level in the main hallway.
On the top level of the townhome, guests can seek seclusion in the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and access to the second private deck with outdoor hot tub to enjoy a good soak after day of activities and adventures or the great view of the starry nights. There is a full bathroom on this level as well.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
