Located just 9 kilometers from the Reina Sofia South Airport and 10 kilometers from Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Complex in a quiet residential area equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend unforgettable holidays. Two swimming pools, one for adults and one for the little ones, garden areas, playground.
At 500 meters is the fishing village of Las Galletas. There you will have everything you could need: supermarkets, shops, beaches, banks, pharmacies, restaurants ... And every day, in the morning you can buy fresh fish caught daily by the fishermen in the fishing dock.
The apartment, 54 meters, has a double bed and a room with two beds. The kitchen is equipped with appliances (washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, electric toaster ...) TV, Satellite dish, DVD ...

La résidence est bien entretenue, la piscine est exceptionnelle avec peu de monde donc toujours un transat a dispo, l'appartement est superbe !! Vue sur mer, tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances, seul point négatif : le lit est un peu dur et fait beaucoup de bruit. Merci a Roberto de nous avoir donne l'occasion de passer d'aussi belles vacances ! Et surtout, merci a la dame de l'accueil qui est adorable ! A conseiller

Hervorragende Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage
Costa del Silencio liegt ein paar Kilometer weg von der Playa Americanas. Weg vom Trubel in herlich ruhiger Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben gezielt gesucht. 15 Minuten Fahrt bis zum schönsten Strand der Insel und dann mitten im Trubel, Hektik und Lautstärke zieht man nach ein paar Stunden wieder vom Strand und ist sogleich später wieder komplett ungestört in einer Top Anlage mit Gated Area. Super gepflegt von vielen Bediensteten welche sich einwandfrei um die Anlage kümmern. Pool, Spielplatz und Ruhe aussen, Geschirrspüler, neues Bad, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Mikro, Friteuse, Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Richtig 4! Was will man mehr? Aber ja, da kommt noch das Sahnehäubchen. Roberto und Nati die Vermieter des Appartments haben das einzige Problem das es gab bei unser Ankunft binnen 2 Stunden aus dem Weg geschafft. Also Leute, besser geht's nicht! Tip: Mietwagen bei Autoreisen.de buchen :-) Kein Stress und saubere Verträge für deutsche Verhältnisse.
