CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!
There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing cleaning between guests from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches.

You get an entire bedroom home with your own code for your room the main door and Patio. You have access to the entire 40-acre compound. You are free to walk the entire property and explore but do NOT go into or around any other houses on the ranch. Each house is used by different guests at any given time.

Pickleball courts are shared with all the properties on the ranch.

The Pool/BBQ area is open for use. We simply ask that NO GLASS be taken to this area or out of the houses.

Please be courteous and let everyone have a chance.

Two days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on where to park, how to locate the apartment and how to access it.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m only a message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security

Rest assured that the house is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive; however, please be informed that we are located in a mountainous area with abundant dirt and trees, which may result in the presence of dirt, dust, and dander indoors.

Also please keep the doors closed to make sure outside creatures , rodents, insects will not enter the home . Nature is among us , We`ll be happy to assist with any concerns you may have. 🙏🏻
Guardian Ranch House Rules

We’re excited to host you! A few simple guidelines to keep your stay safe and enjoyable:

•Respect & Quiet: Be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10 PM.
•No Parties: Events are only allowed if the event center is booked.
•Safety: Please keep doors closed (mountain critters love to wander in!).
•No Smoking Inside: You may smoke outside in designated areas.
•Guests Only: Only registered guests allowed. Extra guests are $50 per person/night.
•Check-Out: 10 AM sharp. Unapproved late check-outs are $75 per 30 minutes.
•Bathrooms: Please only flush toilet paper.
•Lost Items: We can ship belongings back for the cost of shipping + $50 handling.
•Fees: Smoking indoors = $300 fee.
• If you are caught driving on or parking on the turf, our fee is $750 for damages. Stay off of the turf with your automobiles.
