Cozy 3BR 1BA Basement
This will be the best basement set up you have ever seen.
Location is about 18 mins from Atlanta airport and about 11 miles to downtown Atlanta.
Basement has 3 Bedroom, one full bathroom and living room and finished kitchen
Guests will park on the LEFT side of garage containing 2-3 cars (no street parking allowed)
The top unit of the property will be occupied as well.
Both units have separate parking &entrances
To access basement, you have to walk to the back of building
Location is about 18 mins from Atlanta airport and about 11 miles to downtown Atlanta.
