More "rustic" than the description had led us to expect. The property needs work. For instance, only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were operable, the toaster was falling apart, and a notable fire hazard, and on the deck there were many nails sticking up above the wood surface of the deck (and a couple loose boards). The latter issue caused us to limit letting our two grandkids on the deck. We'd recommend the kitchen provide a cutting board of some type and more teaspoons (there were only 2), especially if kids will be staying here.
