Guests may use the temporary 15-minute parking located in front of the building to access the main entrance. The lockbox is located to the right of the entrance as you enter. Please use it to retrieve your keycard for your stay.

Guest Information
-All guests will need to verify their identity and sign a short-term rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. If you'd like to see a copy prior to booking please reach out.
-Valid ID required at check in.
-Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
-Key charges:
-Keycard Replacement: $250
-Locker Key Replacement: $250
-No pets are allowed.
-Coffee pods are not included.
-Hot tub spa hours may vary depending on the season. Please reach out to verify if they will be open during your stay.
-Please note that only one vehicle per unit is permitted in the garage at a time. Any vehicle registered or parked outside of the designated check-in and check-out times will incur a $250 fine.
-Important Parking Information: Please note that the garage height is 7 ft 4 in. If your vehicle exceeds this height, please let us know before your stay. We can arrange a parking pass for the lot across the street for your dates. If we are not informed in advance, you may be required to pay for alternate parking.
