Welcome to Mojo Manor — a freshly updated, barn-style mountain retreat designed for big groups, big fun, and easy downtime. Tucked just 0.9 miles from the heart of Downtown Waynesville, this modern, premium-finish home pairs an expansive chef’s kitchen and multiple lounge spaces with a heated arcade/game garage and a fully fenced backyard packed with activities for kids and adults.
The Space

- 1 Twin-over-Full bunk room
- Plus three sectional sofas, including one large futon that lays flat for extra sleeping flexibility

The heart of Mojo Manor is the bright, open chef’s kitchen—built for family meals and group get togethers. Enjoy premium appliances, a long run of quartz countertops with seating, and a kitchen stocked with what you actually use: glassware, utensils (kids and adults), plates, pots, crock pot, toaster oven, coffee machine (K-cups + drip), ice maker, and filtered water. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, so nobody’s stuck cooking alone.

We’re a husband-and-wife team who purchased Mojo Manor after falling in love with Waynesville and everything this mountain town has to offer. Originally from the Northeast, we now call Asheville, North Carolina home—where we’re raising our two boys (ages 2 and 4).
Why they chose this property
We designed and built Mojo Manor for our own family vacations—a true resort-style mountain getaway created for comfort, fun, and quality time together. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed with care and intention. This wasn’t designed as a generic rental or a project built purely to maximize profit; it was built with love as our family’s vacation home, and we’re proud to share it.
