Fabulous apartment located in the heart of the business district, restaurants, Parque Forestal, La Vega Central, subway, Museums, etc. The apartment has fabulous view to the mountains and Cerro San Cristobal, Parque Forestal and City Center.
Only a few steps to supermarkets, grocery stores, Restaurants, shopping, subway, main touristic attractions, etc.

The space

Gorgeous furnished apartment with mountain view, located next to the most attractive areas in Santiago, near Bellavista Neighborhood; where you can find main attractions such as Bellas Artes Musseum, Restaurants, subway stations, San Cristobal hill, Santiago's landmarks, etc.
Public transportation is very handy and it connects you to all counties in Santiago.
The apartment is very nicely decorated and I put lots of effort to make it look a nice place to stay.
The apartment counts with TV Cable, Internet in the apartment. Washer and dryer are located in the lobby area. Big Swimming pool, events room and Barbecue area on the top floor with an excellent view to Santiago.
The apartment can be rented per day and monthly. Monthly rate does not include utilities, cable, internet or heating during winter time.


Magnífico apartamento amueblado con vistas a la montaña, situado junto a las zonas más atractivas de Santiago, cerca de Barrio Bellavista, donde puedes encontrar muchas atracciones, como Museo Bellas Artes, restaurantes, estaciones de metro, cerro San Cristóbal, etc
El apartamento está muy bien decorado y puse mucho esfuerzo para que se vea un buen lugar para quedarse.
El departamento cuenta con TV por cable, Internet en el apartamento. Lavadora y secadora se encuentran en la zona del vestíbulo. Gran Piscina, sala de eventos y zona de barbacoa en la planta superior con una excelente vista a Santiago.
El apartamento se puede alquilar por día o mes. La tarifa mensual incluye utilidades, cable, Internet, excepto la calefacción durante el invierno.

-Shower mat is meant to step on it after you take a shower while drying yourself please, otherwise, please hang it on the shower rail to dry it off.

Nice place

The apartment nice. Carlos was an excellent host. He helped us find restaurants and interesting places to see. It was a little noisy at night because we had the windows open otherwise it would have been to warm. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Great Apartment in Central Location

This is a well-equipped apartment located close to all forms of transportation and there is a large area of green space close by. The apartment is located on the 27th floor providing an excellent view of the mountains and San Cristobal Hill. The building has a staff of friendly cleaners and concierge; there's a laundry room and pleasant pool area. Carlos, the property manager, is exceptional. He was always available to answer any questions and provide additional information. This apartment is a great choice for a short or long-term stay in beautiful Santiago. We have no hesitation in recommending it. Thanks Carlos
