We own a two bedroom cottage on 180 ft. of lakefront at the northern end of Lake Chautauqua in an area of large, private summer homes. The lovely screened porch is ideal for mosquito-free dining and relaxing. The kitchen is very modern with a dishwasher, glass top range, large refrigerator, microwave and all the dishes and cooking utensils a cook could possible want. There is even a waffle maker and crock pot. All utilities are included including cable and WiFi. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin. The sofa bed in the living room converts to a double bed. A picnic table is on the front deck as well as one by the lakefront near the bonfire pit. The owners live on the same two acres so they are nearby if there is a problem.
