This was perfect for me and the kids. It's not a big place but big enough and plenty of places to sleep for the kids and me. The view is beautiful and the restaurant located on the first floor has decent pizza. The kids LOVED the many pools and jacuzzis. The host was great and pleasant to deal with. We will return!!!

The experience was great. I’ve stayed at the blue water for four years for our annual family vacation. The property manager was great with communication and getting a issue taken care of quickly. Our family loves Blue water Resorts so much we will always go back. And hopes to return to the same room each year. Thanks Barbara.

Anytime we used the microwave felt like the circuit breaker was about to flip lights were flashing on multiple occasions the ac unit had to be unplugged from the wall because of the unsafe outlet producing sparks

I honestly can not rate this property with any positive review. When we arrived we spent the first hour cleaning. Counter tops, floors, bathroom, furniture etc. were not clean. The bed spreads were stained with food and other unknown stains. Bathroom door knob/lock was hanging off. The furniture was old used and uncomfortable.

Owner's response: "Jon, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. I'm sorry that you felt this way.
- We take cleanliness very seriously, and I personally know that this was cleaned top to bottom before you arrived. We would never leave things in this condition, there was not a dirty countertop in the place when it was all sprayed down and sanitized and cleaned over more than once.
- We have not had anyone complain about the furniture, we have had people rave about the queen bed in the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room, they have mentioned how comfortable they are.
- There are a large amount of swimming pools at the tower and across the street they include hot tubs and a lazy river.
- We're sorry you couldn't enjoy all the amenities including the brand new gym on the third floor and the wonderful restaurant on the first floor. There are tiki bars outside we even offer a lounge with games and television and an amusement room with different machines. Beautiful clean restrooms and convenient locations for you including showers.
We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

Barbara is the worst host I have ever had
We willl never ever ever rent from Barbara ever again or anybody that is included with evolve called me cussing me out telling me I stole from her just because I put it in The lining to help them out boy have I learned a lesson on that so fyi I would go some wherever else because this woman is so rude and disrespectful I have all messages and pic if anyone would like to see just giving you all a Heads up go somewhere else you will have a better vacation because this one was not good at all

Owners response: "It was very upsetting for me to hear that you took all my linens and towels and dumped them down some chute down the hall. You are not given any directions to do so. As a matter of fact, there are two places in your unit telling you that everything stayed in the unit. You said you didn't bother reading them. Yes, I was upset! As anyone would be. It caused me a great expense for which I'm not reimbursed. You say you wanted to help out you would have helped out by emptying the garbage and leaving with belongings in the room as stated on the instruction boards. Everything was fine until I confronted you about taking my linens and towels you say you put them down a chute I don't really know what you did with them. In addition, you stayed there for several days and you can see it's not a hotel it's a resort with all privately owned units there is no laundry service anywhere in the building except laundry for you to do your own laundry. No need to criticize the resort because of this incident. Hope you think that through and realize you were in the wrong."

I was asked not to post this review but I said I would!! Place was over run with roaches. Seen 1 on the 1st day. As soon as we got accomidated with the room, they all came out 😡 I have so many pictures and wish I could post them here. I think the one that toped it was the one that managed to get in the fridge. The owner was very nice until she wasnt anymore. We had 2 families. 3 adults 2 small kids a baby and 2 full grown teenagers. The owner was very helpful at first, with giving us different activities to do around the area. All my parties including myself left late. We had alot of items with us and didnt want to take ANY roaches back!!! . I had 2 shopping carts of items upon leaving. The owner was coming i guess to clean and asked me what happened why I left late. I explained the issue with the bugs but as she could see I was on my way out.I went downstairs to get my items in the car. I had my baby sleeping and my son and my niece with him in the room.As im loading the car the all come out and stated she told them to leave.Property owner basically kick my baby son out that was sleeping and my son and niece. I guess we were well over our stay.
Sleeping quarters very TIGHT! You have to walk through door sideways to get to living room. Bunk bed is bigger than door way so it hangs over. Only one sofa bed could be used in living room. Its no space to walk around comfortable. Second bed in main bedroom has half footboard that you always get caught on when walking aroundbed

The check in is not until 4. The check out is 10. The condo is A LOT smaller than expected. The "ocean view" is only a partial side view of the beach. There is a weight limit on the bunk beds, 2 adults cant sleep on the top bunks only teens or children. The pool bracelets can't be worn without cutting them off of you which is an issue if you have to leave them behind at check out so the next guests can use them and the security at the resort is hounding you to wear them. Also, they only provide parking for two vehicles. Jennifer, the cleaning lady, was the one I spoke with the most. She was SUPER amazing and welcoming. She was the reason why we decided to stay. Barbara, the owner, was not. She was rude, hateful, not welcoming at all. She was super uptight about us having one extra person and a baby come along. Which there was plenty of room for and everyone slept comfortably. On the 3rd night the light bulb in the bathroom burnt out and she didn't respond until the next day due to personal reasons, but then told us to go buy one at Walmart. We just ended up switch a bulb from the lamp in the living room to the bathroom so we could see to shower and use the toilet. Throughout the stay, while we were cooking, the stove was emitting electricity and it shocked a family member twice. When we told Barbara about it she acted like we were lying and said "I've never heard of such a thing". I even told her my husband is an electrician and he can feel the current on it. She still didn't believe me. I told her she can come see for herself. One the last night, the fridge accidentally got unplugged because the plug-in is in one of the cabinets (and the outlet is completely exposed) with the pots and pans and it got knocked lose. But before we saw that, we were searching for the breaker box to see if it was an issue there and we couldn't find one. When we got ahold of Barbara, she said it was behind the kitchen door, but it wasn't, those were just access panels to the plumbing in the bathroom. But if it would have been the breaker box, it wouldn't have been up to code because it was painted over and was very hard to get open. When we told her about the fridge not working (before we realized it was unplugged) I told her we had food in there she said "I'm sorry, just grab some ice". She was not simpathetic about the situation. The only way we'd EVER stay there again, is if we got it for super cheap. The resort itself was nice. The staff, place, & pools were nice.

The pool bracelets have a snap button for removal, however, we're sorry if you had difficulties with this function. This one-bedroom condo on has two parking spaces offered, which is standard among condo parking allotments. The listing description and photos clearly show the sleeping arrangement options of the two, double-sized bunk beds. We're glad you and the rest of the party were able to sleep comfortably. The homeowner can confirm there is no issue with the stove, electrical panel, or refrigerator. They are all functioning correctly for future guests to utilize. There was a fork between stove and cabinet with nastiness and experienced roaches and ants .
The price was high.Didn’t cook because of roaches and ants.There was a nasty fork on floor beside stove looked as if someone had been scraping nastiness between stove and cabinet.There was nastiness in front of stove and cabinet.Very sickening.For the price expected to be clean.Beds hard.Not enough bands.Security strict.It was better than Polynesian Hotel a few months ago that beds covered with bed bugs and roaches running everywhere.
We found pills( medication on the floor, the pots and pans were dirty,
Everyone was nice and Barbara our contact person was very nice and helpful we had a good time just hated to leave would love to move there

- I am so sorry you found pills on the floor. With the shortage of cleaning staff due to Covid, we had someone new cleaning. I'm sure they were a bit overwhelmed and missed some things.
- We try our best to keep the pots and pans clean to give guests every option for cookware. Unfortunately, some people do not clean up well after using the supplied items. There is no dishwasher, and each guest is to clean the pots after use with the cleaning supplies provided; I apologize that they were not as clean as they could be.

Very pleasant. Comfortable Clean and affordable. Great accommodations. Our host Barbara was great. Easy communication. Enjoyed view from balcony. We had no problems during our stay.
We had a nice weekend away at this property. The location was pretty nice, and I don’t have a lot of complaints. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the pools were closed due to Covid-19. I understand being cautious, but I feel like the ad should have given that information. Doesn’t feel very honest, because you know that information would sway people. Nice time other than that.
Good condo with everything neccesary for an easy beach stay. Photos are exactly as the property is. Very tight, but has alot of sleeping room for 8 ppl.
We loved are stay.and hope to come back soon next year.
Grate pools and lots of fun close to everything 😄.

Don't waste your money!!!!
This property was horrible!!! First of all, communication with the property manager Barbara was terrible. I emailed her on Tuesday, prior to my arrival on Thurs to ask for extra towels to be in the room, since there was a total of 7 of us staying there. She never responded to my e-mail. We arrive on Thurs to find there were no extra towels, and the place was not as clean as you would expect. I called Barbara yet again, for a total of 5 times and left voicemails!!!!! She calls back on Friday.
The tub was dirty and appeared to not have had a deep scrub in forever!! There was a ring of dirt around the tub, grit in the tub and hair strings in the tub. I also left the message for Barbara that the tub hadn't been cleaned among other things and she stated she's had issues with her cleaning people. There were no trash bags left for us to use, the stove was dirty, there is a mushroom growing in the bathroom on the side of the tub, the floor was filthy, the water doesn't drain while you take a shower, and the linens on the daybed appeared as if they had not been changed.
Barbara did manage to come Saturday morning, the day before our departure to bring extra towels and trash bags. The two things we enjoyed most about the property was the outdoor pool and the partial ocean view from the balcony.
I won't ever waste my time or money here again!!!!!

This home is deep cleaned before and after each guest, and this cleaning crew is extremely dedicated to ensuring the home is always sparkling. We are entirely confident that the bathroom is spotless, as it is cleaned with bleach before each check-in. This homeowner provides each party with three towels per person, so each person has a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Additionally, there is laundry in the building so guests are able to wash their towels if they are staying for an extended period of time. You called the homeowner and requested even more towels, and the homeowner immediately purchased a brand new batch and hand delivered them to you the next morning. We're sorry if you still were unsatisfied; however, the homeowner truly did everything in their power to accommodate you and your requests. The property was very nice the pools were great!!!
When we arrived the room was really not that clean and the blanket I slept with smelled like BO so it needed washed!! The room was nice and the view was great, then about 8 hrs after leaving just enough time to about get home I get a text saying the air conditioning was pulled from the wall and we was responsible which if we did it I take full responsibility but I turned the units off when we left and seen nothing wrong with either they worked the whole time! Then a couple days later I get another text saying that the unit still worked and there was no charge kind of crazy I think.

Tomacina, we are glad you enjoyed your stay at this condo overall, but are sorry to hear certain aspects weren't what you expected. This homeowner knows her cleaner very well and she goes above and beyond to ensure that the condo is meticulously clean. Additionally, all blankets and quilts are washed after each guest, and there are 2 sets of sheet and linens that get switched out after each guest. When the cleaner walked in the door, the cover to the air conditioner was off and the air conditioner pulled partly out of the wall. It appears that someone in your group had used it to step down off the bunk bed instead of using the ladder provided. We understand that moving the bunk beds to retrieve something that had dropped had caused the cover latch to be broken off, even though there is plenty of space under the beds. The air conditioner has since been fixed and is working properly for the next guests. This homeowner truly goes above and beyond for their guests, and we are confident future guests will have exceptional stays! Best, the Evolve Team

Great beach condo!
My adult children & I stayed for a long weekend and the condo was everything we were hoping it would be! There was plenty of room and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!! The owner of the condo was quick to respond to any questions I had and I really liked that I could communicate with her directly instead of having to go through a third party.
