The spacious living/dining room has an exquisite marble floor extending into the bedrooms, is tastefully furnished and provides natural light with a huge window overlooking the front garden with a view of the citrus and other lush trees.
The kitchen and dining room is well equipped for home cooking.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). One of the rooms is located on a separate upper level with en-suite bathroom, this room opens to a large 360 degree balcony with views.

The serene natural setting of the front garden with a variety of citrus, olive and other seasonal fruit trees. Also a covered garage and ample parking space on the property for extra parking.
The outdoor living area feature an open gazebo where you can relax, have a bbq and enjoy eating al fresco.This area over looks the pool and has the calming effect from the palm trees, has an outside shower and toilet facilities. The Pool and villa are exclusive and private use. As we live on an island, sometimes we have unforeseen circumstances, such as power cuts, water shortage and electrical failures.
