This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home is just a few minutes walk into Uptown Charlotte! Home comes complete with all amenities to make your stay a welcome one. Easily walk to all sports stadiums, as well as bars, restaurants.
Our home is located in the historic neighborhood of Biddleville. The neighborhood is quaint and peaceful. We are lucky to have a beautiful view of the Uptown skyline.

Property was not clean. Second couple choose to rent a hotel rather than stay at the property. Walls were scuffed and flooring was gapped. Interior doors did not close fully. Either heating did not work or the home did not retain the warmth. Thermostat read in the 50s throughout the night. Walls were thin on a corner property allowing outside sound to easily penetrate. Was not worth the cost of the stay.

We showed up at the house and the owner double booked the space. He was able to accommodate by sending us to another property across town, but not what we paid for or wanted. After asking for an accommodation or a new place we were told there was nothing he could do. Overall a pretty awful experience and no disrespect to the owner.
