The house is located just a few blocks from the water. Nice walking distance to the museums, pier, restaurants and entertainment area. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen, pool table and TV area were perfect for a family gathering. A separate living room is ideal for solitude. The outdoor area looked attractive but the weather was very cold so we stayed inside. Highly recommend!

Despite favorable previous ratings, we found the house to be very dirty. Dust balls thought the house; our socks turned black from the dirty floor; rugs were smelly and not clean; hair in the bathroom sinks, showers, walls, bedroom side table; black mold in the showers, on the ceiling next to AC vent; dead mosquitos in shower and refrigerator; lime peel in sink; overall rundown; there were 3 apartments upstairs that was not disclosed on the listing; 6 scented plugins that were overwhelming and gave us headaches; layer of dust on multiple surfaces.Cj was great to communicate with, they even purchased a highchair for us to use. The location was great in relation to downtown.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving break and had an absolutely fantastic time. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of seven, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The backyard was especially lovely — even with the cold weather, we enjoyed cozy evenings gathered around the gas fire pit. Inside, the billiard table was a huge hit and kept us entertained for hours.The location couldn’t be better. We walked to the bay every day, and even made the walk to downtown with ease. Everything we needed was close by, yet the neighborhood still felt peaceful and relaxing. Our host was extremely responsive and made the entire stay smooth and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better Thanksgiving getaway and would happily stay here again!

We had a truly perfect stay at this home. The hosts were amazing, responsive, and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The backyard was incredibly pleasant with the string lights and fire table—such a relaxing place to unwind. Inside, there was plenty of room and bedding for the 2 sofa beds. The kitchen has everything you can think plus more including a juicer. They were kind enough to leave us fresh papaya for when we arrived. The extra seating was a plus. The hosts were also very helpful and gracious, even allowing us to stay past the original checkout time so we could enjoy a little extra time with our kids before heading to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.
