Welcome to your newly renovated coastal retreat at Seawind Condominiums! This beautiful 5th-floor unit offers the perfect mix of style, comfort, and incredible beachfront views.
Step inside and enjoy two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa — plenty of space for everyone to relax. Every bedroom includes its own Smart TV, so everyone can unwind just how they like. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto a private beachfront balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with the sound of the waves.
The Seawind building features parking on the first three levels, so the condo is easily accessible — just a short walk up two flights of stairs or a quick elevator ride to the 5th floor.
IMPORTANT NOTE (and Great News!)
The building is currently upgrading both of its elevators to brand-new systems for 2025. Through April 2026, only one main elevator will be operational, which may mean longer wait times during peak hours. Additionally, the amenities building elevator will be closed December–April and accessible via stairs only during that period.
Because of this temporary inconvenience, we’re offering amazing discounted rates — the perfect chance to enjoy a newly renovated beachfront condo for an unbeatable price!
Guests will still have full access to all of Seawind’s fantastic amenities, including:
