Experience Stateline like a local in this superb 2-bedroom resort suite. The Ridge is a full-service condominium resort and spa perched on top of a mountain ridge adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort. This 2-bedroom unity has 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4-6 people. Pets are not permitted.

Ski in/ski out via Hilltac Skier Express Gondola. Walk to the lift, swipe your room key, and get whisked down to the Stagecoach chairlift.

The Space:
The Ridge Resort Terrace building is located right next door to the Ridge Club bistro, bar, and gift shop/marketplace and the amenities offered are easily accessible by an adjoining sidewalk.

The unit features a relaxing fireplace and large portrait windows that view the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains. The Terrace building units do NOT have a balcony/terrace. Enjoy a heated walk to Jacuzzis and saunas available inside the building.

Suite Amenities: Two primary suites, each with a king bed; queen size sofa sleeper; full gourmet kitchen with conventional and microwave oven, electric grill and range cooktop, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and appliances, fireplace and entertainment center with stereo, color TV and wet bar.

Upon booking, we will obtain a confirmation from the resort, in your name, and provide that after booking and payment. For that we will ask for your full name, address and phone number to provide to the resort, and your email address to send the confirmation letter.

Important from the resort:
--minimum check-in age is 21.
--An ID plus a security deposit of $115 on a credit or debit card is required at check-in.
--smoking is not permitted in your room or on a balcony
--Service animals are always welcome; however, pets are not allowed.
--Trailers, RVs and oversized vehicles are not permitted on site.

The resort may collect a small daily resort/facility tax of about $6 per day.

We are 30+ year private owners of this property, not a management company. We rent out when we are not able to enjoy the unit ourselves.

Guest access:
Complimentary services include skier express with ski/in ski/out to Heavenly, complimentary shuttle to Stateline casino area, complimentary ski shuttles to Stagecoach and Boulder lodges at Heavenly, on-site ski shop with rentals, complimentary ski lockers, guided snowshoeing tours, health club and racquetball, tennis and pickleball courts, movie theater with daily showings, indoor/outdoor swimming pools and Jacuzzis, video arcade, ping-pong and billiards.

Please provide your full legal name as stated on your photo ID, plus your address, phone number and email. We will obtain and provide you with the confirmation from the resort, with your name and address listed on it, within a few days of booking (once received from the resort)

No cancellations or refunds, including but not limited to the following causes: an inability to travel due to illness or covid infection, travel restrictions due to covid, snowstorms/weather, or any other reason. Trip/travel insurance is highly recommended.
