Wonderful stay! The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and welcoming. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice resort style property. Outdoor Pool area very relaxing, surrounded mostly by mature trees. Restful and clean space with outdoor furniture that seems fairly new/comfortable. There are 3 outdoor BBQ stations for guests to use near the pool, which is not mentioned in most descriptions, this is useful for those who like a cook and not eat out every night. Staff here friendly and professional. Walking distance to restaurants and ein Prosit German bar, excellent happy hour... great atmosphere and a nice lake close by too. Room super nice, no complaints. Great relaxing resort type place for a couple of days break from the grind! Refreshing.

The property was very clean, checking process was easy, whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Excellent view, clean towels and leanance and oderless. Perfect location. The gym was excellent. Send. Jakuji was great inside and outside. Sauna in hot steam room was great too. Will recommend highly.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was lovely, very clean, and had a beautiful view facing the mountain. The location was perfect—we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.The host was very communicative, the check-in process was extremely easy, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but we understand that is very common in the mountains and certainly no fault of the owner. A fan was provided, which helped cool the unit down even when temperatures reached nearly 95 degrees outside.We would definitely recommend this rental and would happily stay here again the next time we are in Avon!

Upon checkin the room was dirty. Bed not made, towels on floor, trash on can, etc. The room with the tub in it that shown in the photo is not the room you get. Host responded to go back to front desk, request another room, and to complain to housekeeping. Never addressed false advertising for a room that is not provided. :( very disappointing.

Cozy, clean, convenient and comfortable! It had everything we needed, was well equipped, quiet and the building amenities and service were phenomenal. The location is also in the heart of dining and drinking options. We were exceptionally pleased!
