Originally from Maryland, graduated from University of Maryland. Also lived in DC, Delaware beach area and Charleston, SC. We have two girls, 9 and 11 which keep us busy. We love the beach, traveling together and watching movies. I play tennis, do pilates and love walking on the beach looking for Pawleys shells. The girls enjoy tennis too and also golf and dance. My husband, Justin, enjoys the outdoors hunting and fishing near by. We love hosting so other people can experience how wonderful Pawleys is and what a magical place to visit.
Why they chose this property
It’s located only a few minutes to Pawleys Island proper and right off the beautiful creek with marsh views. You can rent a golf cart and be on the beach within minutes. It’s serene yet you can also bike or walk to Starbucks and has tons of conveniences just minutes away- grocery stores, ice cream shops, churches, nail salons, restaurants and much much more.
What makes this property unique
It’s one of the only properties you can rent that is dog friendly that has a fenced in yard for them. It’s also one of the most affordable places because of the size yet has an amazing location and beautiful surrounds such as one of the largest oak trees around town and partial marsh views.
