This was a great house to stay in as we visited family whose house had a strict no dogs allowed in the house rule. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and updated. We only stayed upstairs, we didn’t have a use for the in law apartment downstairs, but I loved that the backyard was fenced in and clean. We’ll be back again, maybe when the pool is open and the weather warmer and we would recommend the place for anyone looking for a clean, updated place to stay.

This house is situated in a lovely neighborhood and it was very convenient to get around from there. There is plenty of off street parking which is nice and the kitchen is very welcoming. I like that the hosts allow pets, we didn’t bring any, and you could not tell that any pets had been there before us. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the in-law suite was a nice added touch. The host is very responsive to communication and questions. I shared some feedback with the host on some observations during my stay that with a few tweaks would make this property even better for other guests in the future.

The in-Law apartment needed work. There was no wi-fi. also no control for heat.

I’m sorry you had a rough time finding the heat controls but if you would have just looked at the walls you would see it as that’s usually where heat controls usually are. They even light up as you walk by. You also asked me where they were and I told you right away. The in-law apartment was updated last year with a brand new kitchen and bathroom; please see pictures for reference. Also freshly painted. You only complained that the bed was too big for that room but guests prefer bigger beds so not sure what needs to be updated. I think it’s unfair you wrote this review as I told you where the heat control was and for accommodating 8 people for the price of my home I don’t think you’d find even a motel. Coming back home and seeing you turned it up to 82 (set at 67) we could barely breathe. You checked into the home at almost 2 am where neighbors complained about noises and thought someone was breaking in the home. You did leave the house clean and we thank you for that but the review is very unfair. We have been hosting for about 3 years now and you are the first to leave a bad review and for such silly and untrue reason. I hope you have a better experience elsewhere next time you’re in the area.
