Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The trash compactor is not available for guest use. Refrain from putting food scraps, grease, or liquids down the drain, keep left sink clear & washer is available for guest use, the dryer is not.
Locked cabinets, owners’ closets, and the garage are designated private storage areas. Kindly leave these spaces undisturbed.
A quick reminder that the HOA has quiet hours from 10 PM–6 AM. Also, this property is strictly pet-free and smoke-free (inside and out). Thanks so much for respecting the community and house rules.
