POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

PARKING: Max 5 cars/home. No street parking is allowed. Park 2 cars on the driveway and 3 at the overflow parking area nearby (First Come, First Serve).

Start-up supplies provided (soap, toilet paper, trash bags) — guests may need more for longer stays.

No grill. Guests can rent a grill themselves by a link provided after their reservation is confirmed. The grill company will deliver the grill before check-in and pick it up after their checkout.

Good house, not stocked very well, very limited supplies (towels, dishes, etc.). Pans were terrible. Pretty clean. Check out instructions made us wash towels before departure which is difficult when people want to shower. House was very good though, obvious damage/wear from being a rental but great bedrooms and space, good layout as per pictures. Pool was good but paid for heating and not the warmest, hot tub same temp as pool as they are connected. Would definitely stay here again but could do a few things to make this very nice.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the layout, bedrooms, space, and pool. We regularly update kitchen supplies and will review the pans and dish inventory again. Towels are provided based on the home’s maximum occupancy. For checkout, washing towels is not mandatory. Guests only need to place used towels in the washing machine and start the cycle before departure. The pool is set to heat to 89°F and the spa to 104°F. The spa is controlled by a timer, so it needs to be turned on for the spa to fully heat. No issue with spa heating. We appreciate your comments and are glad to hear you would stay with us again.

We stayed at this property during spring break 2026 and have nothing but positive remarks. Before we arrived I had several questions and was able to reach out to the host and receive answers to my questions in a timely and professional manner.Check in process was a breeze. The host provided me with all of the information we needed to check in quickly and get settled.The house was exactly as described. There were 11 of us that stayed in the houses and everyone had more than ample space and privacy. The onsite pool left something to be desired, but was good for the kids and on par with the rest of the pools I saw in the neighborhood.The community pool area was awesome! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash pad and we all enjoyed the main pool. The food was really good and the grounds were well kept.All and all I would definitely recommend this property. We found that, for the price, it checked all of our boxes.
