Terrible

To weigh the reservation was for ONE first floor. I was given a 5 floor where there was no elevator... Where I end up hurting my knee so go up and down the stairs. The cleaning is every other day. And they suspended the water service without warning

The Tropial Island Aparthotel boats over 60 units and you were given exactly what you booked - a Studio which was on the fifth floor, rooms and apartments are located from ground floor to the sixth floor and it is wellknown throughtout all websites that we do not provide neither elevator nor swimmingpool so that is why our aparthotel is oriented to budget guests.
