My name is Jim and the pic above is of my wife Cheryl and two sons Jaymeson (15) and Jack (13.) We also have two daughters not in the picture. Hayley (27) and Mollie (22.) We live in Underhill, VT about 20 minutes from Burlington. I am a bar/restaurant owner and Cheryl is a software test engineer. I am formally from Saratoga Springs, NY and Cheryl is from Manchester, VT. I graduated from Plattsburgh State University in 1990 and Cheryl graduated from New Mexico State University the same year. We look forward to chatting with you about vacationing at our awesome beach house.
Why they chose this property
This property was designed and built to be a vacation house. It has all of the modern conveniences and is literally steps from the Pacific Ocean. The building is solid concrete and can withstand any type of weather mother nature can throw at it. We are located only a short 45 minute drive from the airport. The fishing village of Masachapa is peaceful and quiet. You can walk to nice restaurants, bars and shops. The people are friendly and the fish market is open every morning.
What makes this property unique
The Ocean views and convenient location make this property an easy choice. We can arrange transportation and tours of all sorts. Walk the beach, fish, surf, drink and eat. We love this place and hope to retire here.
