• 🐾 Pet stays must be approved before booking and a fee of $100 per dog (max 2 dogs) Unapproved or unpaid pets will result in a $400 non-refundable fee.
• 🧼 Pool and jacuzzi are professionally maintained weekly.
• 🧴 We provide starter supplies (toiletries, paper goods, detergent, etc.) for your convenience.

• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Guest count must match the reservation
• Violations may result in a $1,000 fee and removal without refund

🐜 A Note About Nature & Pest Control

Sarasota’s tropical climate means you may occasionally see local “visitors” like tiny lizards, geckos, or a stray insect, especially around the pool or outdoor areas. We have regular, professional pest control to keep things in check, but every now and then a curious critter may slip inside.

This is normal for Florida and part of the natural ecosystem here — they’re harmless and often help by eating mosquitoes and other bugs. Thank you for embracing a bit of tropical nature with us! 🌴
