I want to start with a positive note, that the owner (Nikki) was very kind and let us check in a few hours early on our first day. The property was listed as a four bedroom, but it had only three beds and an inflatable mattress in the fourth, which was as flat as a pancake. The beds were terrible quality and very uncomfortable! The windows in the house were filthy, as well as the television screens. One of the light fixtures had three out of the six bulbs burned out. There were spider webs on the light fixtures, as well as hanging from the ceiling. The largest bedroom had a terrible paint job. There were six of us staying in the house, and we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels, because there wasn't enough supplied.I have pictures to support my review.

Hello,
We are a bit disheartened to read this review as I take great pride in our home & customer service skills. We accommodated a last minute early check in by more than "a few" hours. You had access as early as 9:30am for a 4pm check in. The house is always cleaned by me & I ensure it's in the best shape, as well as take pictures of the condition prior to guests checking in. We completely restored this 150 year old Victorian & while I understand it's not for everyone, most guests appreciate the beauty of this home our little touches of hospitality for our guests. I'm sorry we weren't a good fit & wish you the best in your travels. In the future please be sure to read home descriptions before booking & understand the cannabis laws in other states as well as hosts rules- we do not allow smoking in this home & found cannabis smoking products you left behind in bed sheets.
Thanks,
Nikki
