Family Vacation Home in Ballito, South Africa
The Floridian is an open plan home with all 4 bedrooms up stairs. It is set on a beautiful property complete with a pool and garden. This is a shared property with 1 garden cottage with permanent tenants, 1 bachelor's apartment with a permanent tenant and 1, 2 bedroom apartment up for holiday renters.
The Floridian is prime location. Just a 10 minute walk down the hill to the breath taking Ballito Main Beach. And just a 5 minute drive up the hill to the newly improved Ballito Junction Mall. We have beautiful pool & garden views. Plenty of toys, books and ride on bikes for little ones are provided.
The shared space is out side and includes the terrace, BBQ area, pool, tree house & trampoline.
There are 2 very friendly small dogs on the property whom are free to roam around from guest to guest. Fireball is the mini dachshund/chihuahua and Liquorice is the mini Doberman pinscher.
This home is perfect for vacations with extended families or groups of long time friends. Each room offers something different. We provide a tranquil experience on the coast of South Africa.
