About this property
1965 Midcentury Ranch
Come do nothing, come play house. Welcome to our multi-generational midcentury ranch style home. This home has been in our family since its conception in 1965 when it was the model home for this area. Many of the original features are still intact and what has been updated has been changed out with something original to the era, or new to fit the style of the home. This is truly a time capsule. Pieces have been thoughtfully curated and sourced from the Dallas Design District and local yard sales, many pieces/items are original. There is no WiFi and no television for a very good reason, to preserve integrity. This home was designed with mindfulness and peace at its epicenter. Water plants and wait for your coffee to percolate. Walk/bike to the Farmer’s Market. Hamilton is a quiet, small Texas town. An hour from Waco, 45 minutes to Glen Rose and Clifton, 20 minutes from Hico. Come live your best 1960’s fantasy. Photography/film/special events are welcome, check with owner prior to committing.
