The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
SET all AC units at 76 Fahrenheit .
Remote controls are located in each room with an AC unit. Leave remotes in their appropriate room.
Cover outdoor TV with Large Black TV cover that is on the outdoor Television. Bring remote control inside- leave in the bowl that's on the dining room table .
Shut Off all Ceiling Fan switches, leave remote control switch in the room where the fan is located.
Turn off All Light switches to the off position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are world travelers with a love of adventure, local culture and trying new dining experiences. Our travels are surrounded by Golf, Hiking, Biking, wine tasting and exploring. We met by chance in Scottsdale, Arizona Scott being from Texas and Sheron born and raised in the city of Chicago. We enjoy sharing our homes and local communities with guests who appreciate creating moments to remember. Together we've hosted close to a hundred families over the past two decades.
Why they chose this property
We discovered Puerto Rico as a place to explore and connect with this community in 2019. Traveling around the Island and living in a couple of coastal cities we discovered our desire to live close to the hub of it all, San Juan . We are only about 25 minutes from San Juan International Airport. We enjoy concerts, the symphony, fine dining as well as the cultural events taking place in the city most every weekend. Our newest condo in Rio Grande is absolutely stunning with over 2,800 sq. ft of indoor living with balconies for our daily sunrise coffee as well as a sunset cocktail overlooking the 14th and 18th holes. It's so much fun to watch people come in after a round of golf. The Hyatt Grand Reserve property is pristine with lush vegetation, gardens, flowers and walking paths. We enjoy living in this gated community with all the amenities. We are happy to share this experience with you, your friends and family. It's our honor to be your host during your stay.
