The condo is fully furnished and equipped and it is only a few steps away from a white sandy beach on the Pacific Ocean and a bicycle ride from down-town Tamarindo night life.

The master suite features a King size bed, walk-in closet, shower, dual sinks, 42" plasma TV and Jacuzzi tub.
The second guest bedroom provides a Queen size bed plus easy access to the second full bathroom.
The living room features a Queen Size sofa bed and 50" LCD TV.
Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.
Extensive terraces in living room and master bedroom.
Washing machine and dryer.
Two private covered parking spaces available.
Peninsula count with professionally maintained tropical gardens, massive pool for adults, clubhouse with BBQ grill area, game room, private fitness center, pool and playground for kids.
Peninsula is a private and gated resort with 24-hour guarded access. It’s just a short 5 minutes walk to the Langosta grocery store and beautiful Playa Langosta (certified “Blue Flag” for water and beach quality). Tamarindo Down Town is just 15 minutes walking away.

Lovely property

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks. The condo was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was well maintained and spacious. The building, grounds and pool area were very well looked after and there is 24 hour security. The unit comes with a parking spot, should one have a vehicle. The only downside of the unit was that we were not able to enjoy the balconies as much as we would have liked due to the fact that it was very windy on many days during our stay. Langosta itself has a lot to offer within walking distance. The walk to Tamarindo was never a problem for us - it only takes about 15-20 minutes. The property manager, Hans, and his assistant Debora were wonderful to deal with. They were very swift to answer any of our questions and concerns during the booking process. They were also readily available to us during our stay. Thank you Hans and Debora ! We would definitely return to this property in the future and would recommend it to anyone.
