Welcome to Green Lake! We want you to have a wonderful stay. To ensure the safety of our home and the comfort of our neighbors, please adhere to the following:

SAFETY & CONSTRUCTION WARNING
* FRONT DOOR ONLY: There is an active, hazardous paver project in the backyard. Do not use the back door and do not enter the backyard. Use the front door for all entry and exit.
* BASEMENT ACCESS: The basement is personal storage for the owner. You are permitted to use the laundry machines only. For your security and ours, please keep the staircase door locked at all times.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING (Seattle Laws)
* LOCATION: Bins are located at the house next door (8507 Densmore—look for the blue car).
* COLLECTION: Thursday Morning. Please roll bins to the curb Wednesday night.
* RECYCLE: Every other week. Next recycle day: Jan 15th.

PROPERTY CARE
* NO SMOKING/VAPING: Strictly prohibited inside the home ($500 fee applies)
* FIREPLACE: The fireplace is decorative only. No fires permitted.
* PARKING: Please use the one designated spot in the front driveway.
* SHOWER: Please note the shower floor/wall has a permanent stain; it has been professionally sanitized and is fully clean.
* MAINTENANCE: Alert the host immediately via the VRBO app for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues.

NEIGHBORHOOD RULES
* NO PARTIES: We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or unlisted guests.
* QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
* HOST: The owner lives in the house directly behind you (8507 Densmore). Please message via the VRBO app for all needs. ***FYI there are two exterior cameras, one facing the side yard street facing and the other is at the entrance front door.***

Strict Entry/No Backyard: hazardous construction in rear. Entry/Exit via FRONT DOOR ONLY. No backyard access.
Basement Security: Basement is owner storage. Use only for laundry. Keep staircase door locked at all times.
