With room for up to 4 guests, it offers a dreamy queen bed in the loft and a comfy convertible full-size couch in the living area—ideal for movie nights or lazy mornings.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favorite meals, or take it outside and enjoy dinner on your private fenced patio. Start your mornings with coffee in the sun, and end your evenings curled up in front of the Smart TV for a cozy night in.

You’ll love the open, airy layout, natural light, and modern touches like Mysa thermostats, hardwood floors, and your own washer/dryer combo. Everything is designed to make your stay easy, relaxing, and full of coastal charm!

Guests have access to their entire cottage, one parking space on the side of the cottage and the private patio.

This is a tiny home - 400 sq ft in total. It is cute, cozy and welcoming. This property has 8 cottages in total and they are in close proximity - we ask all guests to be respectful of quiet times and other guest`s enjoyment. Each cottage will differ in decoration, but still includes a loft space with Queen size bed and a full size convertible couch with kitchen and living room, bathroom and private patio.
The stairs to the loft are steep, this is not a property suitable for those with mobility issues, older pets or those who are uncomfortable with steps.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around stairs.
Pets are not permitted unless disclosed in the booking and the pet fee is paid. All pet waste must be picked up or there will be an additional charge. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding, please bring your own doggy bed/blanket so your pup can snooze comfortably too!
Each unit has a smart thermostat with detailed instructions for use.
The washer/dryer combo is not for check out, please do not start any laundry upon checking out. It is for guest personal use only.
There is no dishwasher. Please wash all dishes upon check out.
Guests have one parking space next to their cottage, do not park in any other spaces.
Pet must be leashed while outside, not allowed on furniture or bedding - please bring your doggy blanket/bed so your pup can snooze comfortably too!
Pet not allowed to be left alone on property, even in crate.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests must respect quiet hours of 9PM to 8AM
