Main industries are farming, wine production, olive growing, fishing and tourism. A local road that leads to Supetar connects it with all settlements on the island. Smaller yachts can berth in the port; large vessels anchor in front of the port. BOL is one of the favourite tourist attractions on the island of Brac.
