If you're looking for a place to stay, this is one. It's not bad, but it's not particularly good, either. It's completely functional, but quite spartan. Think of it as the Motel 6 of VRBO properties. /Maybe/ La Quinta level. It's nice that it's close to parks, and not far from the Dallas arboretum.The description says it has an iron. We couldn't find one.

The property was pictured in a flattering way. The air conditioning unit does not adjust, the laundry facilities are newer however do not accommodate the large comforter which is white and balled up probably from being mashed into a small washer with an agitator. It’s pet friendly however it is a second story apartment. The entire bathroom could be renovated. The shower doors do not slide( on track? Or off) the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way and the toilet dispenser is broken. It was located where I needed to be however I felt like the price I paid was excessive for the unit.
