Beach-bound and barrier-free! Whether you use a wheelchair, walker, or wagon, at Ocean’s 16Eleven, your family and fur-babies can relax and work remotely just 200 steps to the sand! Enjoy the gulf breeze and listen to the waves from the front porch. A stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths, and an office optimized for remote work make our beach retreat an easy home away from home!
*8 adults can sleep comfortably, or 4-5 adults and 3-4 kids*

Our house was originally built for a person in a wheelchair, and we’ve found that the accessible design makes it an easy and comfortable space for all people and pets to stay with these features:
- no steps in the house, other than the front porch
- all doorways are 36” wide
- grab-bars in both bathrooms
- bathtub transfer bench
- concrete ramp to the side door gives easy access for wheelchairs and strollers
- retractable baby gates on the porch and ramp keep children and pets safe as needed

We had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well decorated. The location is great - an easy walk to the beach and Saltgrass Restaurant. The house itself had so many wonderful acomodations including coffee keurig cups and creamer, books to read to children, and an office if you need to work while on vacation. This is a great place if you have pets. There were water/food bowls for the dogs and extra blankets for them to lay on. There is a little fenced in yard where a dog could hang out while you sit on the porch. We had one senior dog with us and we found the ramp on the side great for getting him in the house so he did not have to walk up stairs. Best of all, the host is so great about checking on you. The batteries in the remote went out and they brought some new ones within an hour. I highly recommend this location.
