🌴 Enjoy a super-modern small 1-bedroom apartment designed for total relaxation and high-style beach living. From the 12th floor, take in stunning panoramic views of the ocean, right from your private balcony with seating for +4—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks.

Inside, unwind with a spa-inspired rainfall shower in the badroom, stay cool with brand-new AC inverters, and wake up to the aroma of fresh coffee from your Nespresso machine.

For your peace of mind, the apartment includes secured onsite parking for one vehicle and is set in an extremely safe, walkable neighborhood—making it the perfect base to experience all that Isla Verde has to offer.

ACCOMODATIONS- BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with ONE QUEEN SIZED BED, nightstand, full body mirror, drawer. Private bathroom with a shower. We also offer a laptop friendly environment; you can enjoy the table in the living room or enjoy home office in the balcony.

CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. There are two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. A kiddie playground is right next to the gazebo areas that lead out to the beach. Coin laundry in ground area and one assigned parking space

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap and a dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Our office located just in front of CVS in Isla Verde Beach area for your convenience.
