However, we would like to mention that we provide a detailed list of amenities and supplies in several areas prior to arrival. Regarding the hot tub maintenance, our staff service the hot tubs throughout the week to ensure cleanliness and compliance with county guidelines; they do not enter the home and leave a service card. Although we are sorry to hear of any startling experience, that is never our intention. We will review your comments to improve communication and guest experience. We will be sure to have our maintenance department come out and assess the tub to ensure that it is working for future stays. Also we will alert our property manager about the issue with the wood and have them find a new location to place the wood. Our Railey staff strives for a 5-star clean with each stay, however, we are only human and sometimes we do miss our mark. In the future, please do not hesitate to call our office and we will quickly send out a housekeeper to remedy any issue as well as have an exterminator come out to examine the concerns with the roaches. We will also be sure to pass along this information concerning the temperature settings to the homeowners for consideration of future improvements to the home.
