Sleeping 4 in a 2 bedroom (King and Queen) and 2 full bath (1 ensuite), this space is not only comfortable, but includes all of your essential amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped (see below for details), there is access to high speed internet/wifi, 3 smart TV’s, a washer and dryer unit, and individual AC units per room. Pair your morning coffee with killer views of the Playa Conchal ocean and lush greenery surrounding the condo. To top off this beautiful stay, the Playa Conchal beach is only a 10 minute walk away!

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
