KENAI RIVERFRONT property, in a secluded area, 2 minutes by car from downtown Soldotna!

BEST RED SALMON FISHING DIRECTLY on the Kenai River, in a private, very quiet neighborhood located between Centennial Park and Slikok Creek Park - prime fishing area for Red Salmon.

The 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom Bed & Breakfast offers 1 King bedroom with Kenai River view, 2 queen size bedrooms, and 2 single bedrooms, and 2 shared bathrooms.

Bedrooms and rates will be available according to the amount of guests booked. Please note that the rates are per person.

The kitchen, the Master bedroom, one queen size bedroom, dining area, and living room are overlooking the Kenai River.
There's a big sundeck up front, and 2 more decks overlooking the Kenai River.

World's best bank fishing from our 2 private walkways for Red Salmon in July and August.
Trout, Dolly Varden and Silver Salmon (mid August) can be caught, too from our 2 private walkways.

At peak season, July and August, the house is run as Bed & Breakfast, and there will be more than 1 group at a time.
Guests can be provided with breakfast which VRBO rates do not reflect.

Beautiful property, better than the pictures with very comfortable beds. Fantastic fishing right from the doc and close proximity to everything. The hosts were amazing we would be lucky to visit again. Stop looking and book it.

“The best experience you can have in Alaska”!

We had the greatest fishing trip during our stay. They have fishing poles at the house. They are right on the river with a private dock. We fished off the dock. The host was there to teach us how to fish for salmon. They cleaned, vacuumed packed and froze our 200 lbs of salmon. We became friends of the host and shared a couple dinners. We will definitely be staying here when we return.

Waterfront Gem!

This house has everything your looking for when you come to Alaska. Beautiful views of the Knai River, Great fishing. Close to everything. Dorris the host went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the house was very clean We traveled with another couple and had our own space to relax. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home

Beautiful modern home with river front access as described. Very spacious with plenty of room for many more people. Check in and out was simple with plenty of room for me to park my boat. Would recommend this property.

Had a great time. The hosts were friendly when we would cross paths. They were unobtrusive but did go out of their way to make sure we were comfortable by making sure to put the comfy camp chairs out each day if it wasn’t raining. Can’t wait to stay here again.
