The Nest near Main, Remodeled, 15 min to Asheville

Freshly remodeled and stylish space about 3/4 mile to Main Street & Lake Louise Park. Only 15 min to Downtown Asheville. 750 sq ft offering one king bed + living area with full size sofa bed, eat-in kitchen & full bath. Private entrance and outdoor seating.

Monthly stays welcome. Message me for info and discount!

You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, seating area outdoors with a view of the wooded yard.

Upstairs is a separate airbnb that may be rented as well during your stay.

I am local to the area and prefer to message through the app but can be available on short notice.

Entire downstairs/basement area, parking area and outdoor area behind the unit.

This is your sweet spot located just a 1/2 mile from the quaint Town of Weaverville & only 15 minutes from Downtown Asheville. Enjoy strolling on Weaverville's Main Street where you'll find several excellent restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and more. Take a picnic and spend an afternoon at the small community lake or stroll thru the Nature Park.

I am also a Weaverville resident so know the area well and can advise on places to visit, restaurants, hiking, etc.

Main St Weaverville offers a variety of restaurants, retail shopping, a fabulous bakery and a public library. We are 1/2 mile from Lake Louise Park that has a walking loop, kids playground and picnic tables. You can fish from the pier but you must buy a permit at the Community Center. No boating or swimming at lake.

Please note: There may be other guests upstairs so you may hear some occasional footsteps.

This space was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. The apartment was spotless. The host was very accessible and accommodating. It was a quick trip from Florida to NC to check on my sister, but we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay.
