Welcome to ÄLGHAGEN in southern Småland, located between Älmhult and Växjö.
ÄLGHAGEN is close to Huseby Bruk and Åsnen's National Park.
We are close to Lake Åsnen, only 10 minutes by car.

One Canoe is included in the rent. The Canoe is located at Lake Åsnen, only 10 minutes by car.

ÄLGHAGEN is the last house on a long private gravel road. No neighbors next door.
The yard is fenced in with a large gate. We are very family friendly and dog friendly.

Check in at 16.00 (4PM) or later, and check out at 10AM or earlier. We have a Key lock Box for the key.

We have internet with fast WiFi.

We have German ASTRA TV channels.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.

Pets are welcome. Additional charges may apply for bed linen, towels and Pets.

There are 3 bedrooms, sleeps max 6 people.

There is a full size fridge with a freezer on the bottom.
Brand new electric stove in the kitchen and a new dishwasher.

My husband and I bought Älghagen in 2023. It has been completely remodeled. Everything in this house is new. It is very secluded with stunning views of the pastures, wildlife and the woods. We love the deep woods of Småland and the small country roads. We especially like the Åsnen Runt trail. We take our two Springer Spaniels for long walks there. Älghagen is also close to restaurants and shopping in Växjö.

Welcome to ÄLGHAGEN in southern Småland. Far from the hussle and buzzle of the big city life. Here you can sit and relax. Watch the wildlife walk by like moose, deer, fox and birds. Stunning views with the big sky. This house is south facing with lots of sun. The property is fenced in with a large gate. Perfect for children and dogs running around and playing in the yard.

We love the stunning views from every window in this house. The livingroom has large windows looking out over the pastures, wildlife and the woods. There are no neighbors nearby. You can sit on the big porch either in front of the house or the back of the house and listen to the birds sing or the whispering pine trees.
