The fenced grassy garden has fruit trees and is pet friendly, ideal for dogs and children, with a deck and bbq looking out at the ocean views. Guests can walk 1km to Tāhunanui beach for a swim.

The kitchen is fully stocked with basics; herbs/spices, cooking oil, small appliances and baking essentials, just replace it if you finish it. The laundry has a near new washer and dryer, pulley drying rack, large sink, and paired with the outdoor drying line you will feel like home. There is off street parking for 2-3 cars, and a shed available to store bikes or paddleboards.
